ONLINE PERMITTING INFORMATION

Go to Permit Fees & Types to see a list.

Go to Online Permit Applications to see a list of permits you can apply for online.

NOTE that you will need to create a log in at Create an OpenGov ID in order to fill out an online application.

To see any permits beginning in 2022 and later go to Search for Permit Records .  At the search box select “Locations” and enter either a town name (Must be one of the 4 towns comprising the Foothills Health District:  Goshen; Westhampton; Whately or Williamsburg).  Using the Town name will bring up a list of all the permits issued for that town and you can select from the list.  Or, you can enter either a street name (ex: Cape, do not include the generic road or street words), or, 24 Cape, which will bring up a list of all addresses in the 4 towns that begin with that entry.
