The completed and State accepted Open Space and Recreation Plan (OSRP) updated for 2021-2028 is available for the public to view, print or download at the link below or by going to the documents section at the bottom of the Open Space Committee page on the Town website.
This OSRP update assesses the current status of recreation and conservation lands in Goshen and identifies community needs based on a set of goals and objectives developed through a public participation process. The final plan guides Town decisions about open space and recreation management and growth from 2021-2028.
The Open Space and Recreation Plan (OSRP) was developed by the Goshen Open Space Committee with assistance from the Pioneer Valley Planning Commission.
